CCE was founded in 2026 when siblings Gianna and Michael, along with their spouses, Gabi and Jordan, recognized their combined expertise of over 30 years in event planning, covering weddings, corporate functions, and social gatherings.
Growing up in an Italian-American family, Gianna and Michael learned the art of throwing parties where the food is endless, the laughter is loud, and every guest is treated like family.
Today, the Consalvo Family is committed to delivering outstanding service for life’s most significant moments, crafting unforgettable memories for every celebration, no matter the occasion or the company.
Gianna Consalvo
Chief Executive Officer
Gianna holds a degree in Theatrical Stage Management & Production from Illinois State University and brings over 20 years of event management experience to CCE. She's also the owner of Gianna Bakes Cakes LLC. As CEO, she leads with the belief that no detail is too small to get right.
Michael Consalvo
Chief Financial Officer
Michael's background in scenic design taught him how to build a beautiful event; his love of the numbers taught him how to keep it on budget. As CFO, he oversees the financial side of every CCE event so clients can focus on the celebration, not the spreadsheet. Off the clock, family comes first, always.
Gabi Consalvo
Creative Director
Gabi spent two decades in theatre — acting, singing, and stage managing — before bringing that same eye for detail to event design. As Creative Director, she's the reason a CCE event looks exactly like the vision our clients had in their heads. Off the clock, she's a devoted mom who brings that same warmth to everything she touches.
Jordan Amandes
Chief Technology Officer
Jordan is a professional post-production colorist and owner of Jordan Amandes Digital LLC. As CTO, that same sharp eye for detail and presentation carries into everything CCE builds behind the scenes — and everything clients see out front.
